Biike

A wintry journey to the north and the tradition of "Biike" (the burning of large bonfires to bid farewell to winter) served as inspiration for this meditation on friendship, self-discovery and ephemerality.
Recorded mainly on the North Sea island of Föhr, this release shows Schall und Stille combining atmospheric instrumentals with pop sensibility.
